  • How much do you charge for postage?

We have one set postage charge of $14.95 per delivery Australia wide no matter what size the order or how many items you select, this is shipped via regular post or courier.

  • Can I pick up my order?

Local customers, you will be able to pick your item/s up from a location in Albion Park Rail NSW (by appointment only) Tap and go payments are available for pick up orders or you can order from the website and click the pick up option. If you order via the website for pick up, your order will be packed and a collection appointment will need to be made to pick up your order. Please contact us prior to ordering to check if your day and time slot is available as this will avoid any disappointment of orders being cancelled and refunded. (limited time slots available – times and days vary)

  • How long does it take to deliver my item?

We post daily. Items are shipped from NSW and may take 1-10 days to arrive depending on where you are located.

  • Will you ship overseas?

We are more than happy to ship to countries outside of Australia but will need you to contact us with the items you need and location so we can give you the correct shipping quote as the $14.95 flat rate applies to Australian orders only. Invoices for orders outside Australia will be sent via Paypal as this webpage is for Australian customers only. Paypal is the only payment method we accept for international customers.

  • Can I get a refund?

Certainly – on almost all items…. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us to arrange to return your order. You can then return your item/s to us within 7 days of receiving the order, unused and in the original packaging for a refund. Please note postage costs can not be refunded and return post is at the buyers expense. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wigs or stockings for hygiene reasons

  • Can I exchange my costume?

We are happy to offer exchanges, please contact us immediately if you need to exchange your item. We do ask however that you pay for return postage costs and a re postage fee may be applied.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We will accept Direct Bank Deposit, Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay. All information will be supplied. (Tap and go is available on pick up orders)

  • How do I know what size to buy?

Our sizes are standard AU sizes, so go with the size you mostly wear. If you are still concerned just send your bust and waist measurements and we will help you select the correct size.

  • There is a costume I really want, but I don’t see my size. Does that mean you don’t have it?

Please contact us  with the costume name and size you are interested in and we will check with the warehouse and get back to you within 24 hours.

  • When will you reply to my emails/questions?

We do try to answer all emails/questions within 24 hours.

  • Are the costumes identical to the pictures?

Yes … We take many of our own photos on our mannequins so the customer can see exactly what they are buying. All other photos are the suppliers own model photos.
