Return / Exchange
We are more than happy to exchange or refund most items that you are not happy with for any reason, however conditions do apply. If these conditions are not met. Exchange / refund will not be accepted.
- For a refund or exchange you MUST contact us within 7 business days of delivery and wait for return instructions
- If you are wanting a refund, the item/s must be returned in original packaging and unworn/unused
- For exchange, we are happy to exchange for another size if available, or another style. Please keep in mind that you will need to pay a re delivery fee. If the item is higher or lesser value, the difference will either be returned or will need to be paid. The item/s must be returned in original packaging unworn / unused
- Wigs and stockings cannot be refunded / exchanged due to hygiene reasons
